Mixed Media Art
Before I ever got into painting, I loved working with ink. With a couple good pens (or even a borrowed Bic) always on hand, I developed a habit of sketching wherever I was at an early age. At school, work, or even while watching movies.
Ink is still my comfort medium, and I’ve fallen in love with combining ink with watercolor and pencil, among other things.
Acrylics and Oils
Believe it or not, I never expected painting to become the passion it is for me now. I spent more than two decades drawing people and animals, almost exclusively in black and white.
These days, I can’t wait to wake up and paint when the light is best; alchemizing dreams, fantasy, and impressions from far-off places with paint on canvas.
I find a lot of inspiration spending time with nature, music, and books.
